The Prince Georges County Department of Public Works and Transportation currently maintains and operates 174 signalized intersections and 70 Hazard Indication Beacons. The traffic signals are part of many closed-loop systems. New traffic signals are being installed to improve signal system efficiency and reduce delays on the County's most congested roadways. The controllers are capable of timing adjustments as traffic conditions change. Helps us keep traffic moving in Prince Georges County. Please fill out and submit traffic signal related problems.
